I don't really know you, and I don't think that you know me. You know Joey though. We were in a running group together about 4 years ago. I like reading your blog because I think it is very realistic. It also gives me hope that someone can have a regular job that requires you to work in the office for 40+ hours and still train for an Ironman. And it gives me hope that someday I will learn to really enjoy running.

I read it,, been following since the start of CDA 2009. Looks like I will be keeping up with you for another IM, Congratulations. I have to say that it has been fun seeing how much you have changed over the course of the last 6 months. Awesome story.
