Week 1 workouts

Monday - PM run
Tuesday - PM bike, PM core
Wednesday - AM swim, PM run
Thursday - PM bike, PM core
Friday - AM swim
Saturday - Long ride
Sunday - Long run

Supposed to be 9 hours of training, but I think I have more if you count the Sat/Sun workouts...
